What is IET®
IET® is a hands-on healing modality that "gets the issues out of your tissues.” IET® combines your energy with the healing powers of the angelic realm to release blockages that cause imbalance and could eventually lead to disease. IET® can reduce physical pain, reduce stress and fatigue, lessen emotional concerns, and replenish your natural energy flow.
Frequently Asked Questions
What Should I Expect During My IET® Session?
Your in-person IET® session is a 60-minute experience. You are fully clothed, shoes off, lying on a massage table with low lights and soft music playing. The session starts with intention setting, understanding the process, and a short body scan visualization. The clearing begins, and you self-heal. I facilitate with gentle, hands-on placements, on and off the body, at your primary cellular areas (top of head, forehead, shoulders, throat, back of the neck, above the heart, ribs, hip bone, kidneys, and feet.) Your session ends with relaxation and integration.
Your on zoom IET® session is a 45-minute experience. You are fully clothed, shoes off, and you are encouraged to lie down. I will play soft music as you create your own peaceful environment. The session starts with intention setting, understanding the process, and a short body scan visualization. The clearing begins, and you self-heal. I guide you, conveying distant healing throughout the cellular memory areas of your physical body and your surrounding energetic fields. Your session ends with relaxation and integration.
What Do I Do During My IET® Session?
Come to the session dressed comfortably. This is your healing time, and I am there to assist. Ask any questions that you have so you are at ease. There is no "right" way to be during your session. I invite you to rest, observe your breath and feel the sensations of the therapy. You may drift into a meditative state, or you may even fall asleep. Your body's response to IET® reflects your stored thoughts, emotions, and physicality. You reap the benefits of IET®, whether awake or asleep.
What Happens After My IET® Session?
You typically feel like you have awakened from a restorative nap. I will point out congested areas that need focused clearing for your next session. Clients commonly report a sense of calm, mental clarity, and satisfying sleep the night of an IET® session. Plan your session when you can take it easy the rest of the day/evening, drink more water and be mindful of caring for your physical and emotional needs.
I recommend 3-5 grouped sessions if you are first starting out with IET®. I then recommend monthly maintenance treatments (or as often as it feels right to you to have a session).
