ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

GUIDED MEDITATION

Guided meditation allows for disconnecting from distraction and creates space for full awareness of what is "now." No matter your experience level, you can calm your mind and reap the insight of the present moment. From this place of groundedness, you will uncover a renewed inspiration and energy to interact more richly with life.

SUNRISE MEDITATION

Participate in the tranquil embrace of a sunrise meditation and connect with the beauty of the dawn. Awaken your inner radiance as you witness the beginning of a new day. Allow the power of the sun to infuse your being and inspire you to live each day with intention, presence, and joy.

SOUND BATH

A sound bath evokes the therapeutic properties of musical instruments. Using all your senses during the experience allows for optimal vibrational alignment, physical restoration, and inner relaxation.

AYURVEDA WORKSHOP

Ayurveda is a natural system of creating a positive lifestyle.  The practical principles of this science focus on working with diet and lifestyle, and are easily applicable and relevant in our modern lives as we balance our daily responsibilities with managing stress, eating healthy, and having more energy. This will be an introductory workshop for all levels.

YOGA

Yoga for all levels will take you through a series of seated and standing poses to increase flexibility, strength, positive mental health and overall stress reduction.

WOODED TRAIL

The trail we will experience is an intended 40-minute round trip, including a short pause at resting spots to honor each chakra and for reflection and sound healing. Campus has other trails to enjoy independently.

MOON CIRCLE & BONFIRE

Humans have gathered under the moon's light since the beginning of time. Something sacred and insightful happens when you attune to the rhythms of Mother Earth. You are naturally more intuitive, receptive, and creative during different moon cycles. When you celebrate under the moonlight beside the fire, you unearth a deeper appreciation for the collective eagerness to be in the full richness of life.

MALA BEAD NECKLACE CREATING

In this workshop you will learn the meaning of malas, of setting intentions, and how to use your mala in meditation. Infused with your radiant energy, your mala is a powerful tool for personal transformation and empowered living.

ON-PREMISES SHOPPING

Whether you're a seasoned mindfulness enthusiast or taking your first curious step toward healing tools, the shop offers an exquisite selection of products, books, apparel and more.  Sage Map will also be selling crystals throughout the weekend. We will also tour and take part in a coffee/chocolate tasting in the Moka Origins Factory where products are for sale as well.
